Sonia Gandhi 4th Richest Politician in the World: ‘Business Insider’ Reports
A comprehensive list provided by ‘Business Insider’ cites Sonia Gandhi, President of Indian National Congress as the 4th richest politician in the world. The article titled ‘Meet The 23 Richest Politicians In The World’ has taken reference from World’s Luxury Guide section of Die Welt, a German newspaper, which lists Sonia Gandhi fourth in the list, with assets of $2-19 billion.
“No one goes into politics to get rich, but politicians happen to be some of the wealthiest figures around the globe,” begins the article and proceeds to declare that Sonia Gandhi has assets worth $2-19 billion. “Gandhi is originally from Italy.
